Heating system:

The central heating plant was installed to cover greenhouse’s heating loses was 1,000,000Kcal (1.16MW), by using LPG for fuel. The boiler room is consisted of:

• 2 steel boilers with LPG burners, 500,000Kcal each.
• 2 water collectors with 2 water pumps.
• steel pipes for the circulation of the water

The heat exchange was done by:

• Onfloor heating plastic pipes (Geotherm)
• Unit heaters FCH 40, produced by Megatherm

The heating plastic pipes (Geotherm) along with the unit heater FCH, make an ideal system for heat transfer in the greenhouse, because both the heating of the plant’s root and the heating of the space are achieved.

Spraying system:

The spraying system installed in the greenhouse is consisted of:

• 3 LVM 2001 TR, which are fixed in the greenhouse
• 1 air compressor which is located in the boiler room
• 1 electric board, to control the spraying
• air pipe network
