Heating system:

The central heating plant was installed to cover greenhouse’s heating loses was 6,000,000Kcal (7.00MW), by using mazout for fuel. The greenhouses were devides in three blocks, one close to another. So, the heating system is devided in three boiler rooms as well, consisted of:

• 5 steel boilers with mazut burners
• water collectors to distribute the water in the greenhouses.
• steel pipes for the circulation of the water

The heat exchange was done by:

• Onfloor heating steel pipes
• Unit heaters FCH 60, produced by Megatherm

The heating steel pipes along with the unit heater FCH, make an ideal system for heat transfer in the greenhouse, because both the heating of the plant’s root and the heating of the space are achieved.
